This was a fast moving story that had everything going for it. I liked Tate, she’s a strong woman who knows her own mind, one of my favorite types of heroine. Jager is a man who is looking for someone strong enough to hold him, and he may have found his match with Tate. I was surprised at the blind obedience in two such strong characters, but I could see that it was a part of their culture and perhaps that could account for it. There is a lot going on in this story and it keeps you on the edge of your seat until the very end. Overall, it’s a wonderful story and I look forward to reading more from this talented author.
