Joyce and Jim Lavene definitely know how to write romantic suspense. They pull you right into the heart of the mystery on page one and keep you enthralled until the very end. Jessie and Rhys are complex, well-developed characters. Their strength, determination, and wit make them very likable. This terrific romance leaves you thoroughly satisfied and eager to read this writing team’s next book.
