The only problem is he doesn't have enough money to pay him, so they have to come to a new arrangement and the payment becomes him. Together they take on the adventure of a lifetime and become something more than just friends along the way.
The plot is very interesting, but be forewarned this is about two men and there is definitely a homosexual relationship between them. This book is not for the faint of heart. Rand and Drake share a very close relationship in graphic detail and the writing is very good. It's short, so you can read it in one sitting. If you don't mind the male/male aspect, you should give this book a try.
