She really wants to get to know him better, but due to the restrictions of the club, that's not going to happen. Then she meets the commander of the place, Slade. How can she be so attracted to two completely different men?
Slade has been lonely lately, and while he could have his pick of the club he wants to make sure position is not compromised. He decides to use some of the clubs more unusual offerings, and promptly finds himself fascinated by the lovely Lilac, the woman that he gets for his time. Even though he is obsessing about her, he also finds out that he's deeply attracted to Isa, his new security chief. He never thought that he could be so involved with someone after his wife died, but Isa calls to him on a different level than his wife did. But will she ever believe that? There's plenty going on in this story besides the different identities. Isa looks a lot like Slades dead wife, and this causes all sorts of problems for the couple. Who wants to be a substitute for a dead woman? Isa has had to come up through the force the hard way, and is very tough minded. She wants to be loved for herself, and not because she resembles someone else. Slade didn't even know what she looked like when he became attracted to her, but once he sees her he starts to wonder the same thing. I liked COSMIC COPS: DARK ECSTASY, and hope that there is more to come from this talented author.
