Upon introduction, heat sparks were obvious to both Jamie and Nick. Of course, she was so down-trodden having to face her ex-husband who, after 25 years, had left her for his secretary, so Jamie could not quite comprehend that Nick was actually interested in her. It wasn’t long before she realized that she had all of Nick’s attention, and even though she tried not to, she could not help but respond to him. After all…he was hot!

KyAnn Waters is a new author to me, but she does an excellent job of presenting this plot in a concise, quick-paced way. She has a unique way of illustrating the inferiority complex existing in some divorced women who have been battered emotionally and literally drug through the rumor mill. She allows us to glimpse the uncomfortable feelings at hand as her own insecurities surface.

This book is a really good example of how to write a winner! Ms. Waters has a book that deals with a touchy subject with a slant toward making women feel much better about themselves! Be sure to read this; you will not be disappointed!
