What a rugged and unrestrained rendezvous! This story gave me exactly what I was expecting and so much more. I appreciated the steamy scenes and was pleasantly surprised to find some sweet romance. Shannon is definitely one strong-willed heroine. I want to be just like her, she makes no excuses for her desires and lives life on her own terms. I loved the fact that the spicy portions were told through Chase's eyes, it made the whole story that much hotter for me. His distress and anxiousness came through so loud and clear and this big kitty stole a piece of my heart. Dirk was a fun guy with just the right amount of seriousness and I'd like to see him get his own story. I can't wait to see what else this author has to offer because I know I'll be ready this tale over and over again.
