This was an unrestricted and unrestrained short story with a wonderful surprise ending. This is definitely not for the shy or timid reader as I found myself at turns fanning myself and so embarrassed that I wanted to stop reading. For me there is a definite line between risque behavior in a bar or club, exhibitionism and then there is down right indecent exposure. Darnelle is one heroine with a plan; she is wanton and rakish and acts much like many a man on the prowl. I was both fascinated and impressed by her attitude while being a little repulsed as well. I felt no connection to our hero and I think this made me the most uncomfortable. Tadd could have been better developed. The story is well written and the pace is fantastic and it completely grabbed my attention. If you're looking for a steamy break from your everyday then this is a great fantasy.
