It was foretold that as long as the ancient Irish Torque stayed within the bloodlines that it was created for, then true love and happiness would come to the family. So why had Angel Manning’s father sold the Torque to Jack Riley? Well, no matter because Angel was determined to reclaim what was rightfully hers. All she needed to do was to sneak into Jack’s house while he wasn’t home to get the Torque. Easy, right? Wrong! After Jack Riley learned that Angel Manning was in town, he knew that it was only a matter of time before she made her move to steal his Torque. Well, Angel was in for a big shocker once Jack catches her in the act since he wasn’t giving up the Torque without a fight. Jack could care less about the legend, the only reason he wanted the Torque was because Angel didn’t want him to have it now Jack must decide on the best sexual punishment to issue Angel. Who will come out on the winning end? Cowboy and the Thief was an exciting tale where once I dived into it I didn’t come up for air until the dramatic conclusion made its appearance. Cowboy and the Thief, had a believable storyline, fabulous characters, and passionate sexual encounters. From the start, I was totally hooked eager to see just how the story would unfold and let me tell you that I wasn’t disappointed for one moment. The plot flowed at rapid past and Ms. Leigh added just the right touch of magic and passion to keep me hanging on the edge of my seat with great anticipation. The chemistry showcased between Jack and Angel was hot like fire and very erotic in nature. Readers, I must warn you there were some tearful moments near the end, so make sure you have your tissues handy because you will need them; but, regardless of that fact I wouldn’t have wanted to miss out on those teary moments for nothing. So, go pick up a copy. You'll be happy that you did.
