Protective and sexy alpha male Brogan Wilder didn't know what hit him when he met Eloise Crawford. Right away the tension and excitement started between these two. But El, as she's called by her friend Rowan, was dealing with her own inner demons and hurt from a relationship. So the last thing she wanted or needed was a alpha male who decided that they were meant to be. But the fates were laughing their heads off this time, for Brogan is a coyote shifter and El is a human. Put these two together and we have instant sizzling sexual tension of the highest order. I love Brogan. He is thoughtful, caring and knew he had to step carefully with not only El's feelings, but with the whole ship load of problems that came his way. Overall, I loved this book because it is a page turner. You can't wait to see what happens next and that's what makes this book a winner.
