At 30-years-old, Blythe was worried about looking like she was “robbing the cradle,” but decided that she needed the personal boost of having “eye candy” available when she faced Richard’s family.
Saturday evening when she opened her door to Shiloh Birmingham Wolfe, she could not believe her good fortune. As well as things appeared, they just got better as the evening progressed! Paris Dixon has definitely written a winner in this novel. I have to admit that Ms. Dixon is a new author to me, but this will definitely not be my only read of her work. Ms. Dixon used various scenarios to fully involve the reader in this magnificent story about a cocky man who is determined to claim his “ex” still belongs to him. She used the exchanges to illuminate the strong personality of Shiloh Birmingham Wolfe (Wolfe, to his friends). She not only pits him against the repulsion of Blythe’s ex-husband, but made sure that the slurs from her ex-in-laws are noticed by their peers as well. And I have not even mentioned the chemistry from Blythe and Wolfe when they returned to her home! Oh my! What heat! There are so many wonderful aspects of this story I could relate, but the only way you can really appreciate this book is to read it for yourself. I can honestly say you won’t be disappointed with this spectacular book!
