| Cupid, you know the god of love, has a new Valentine's assignment. Michael Tattinger and Nina Davis are meant to be together. In fact, their son is destined to be the next Master of Fate. The current Mistress Fate and her Universal Solicitors enjoy things just as they are. The morally delinquent gang are determined to thwart Cupid's deadline, even if they have to resort to violence in their own bungling way.
This was a fun read. I completely adored the clumsy Cupid. Who would have guessed that this flaw would make the god of love that much more appealing? The characters in this short work were well-written and very entertaining. The plot was fast-past but informative. I'm a sucker for Greek mythology and what better way to have it delivered than with heaping helping of humor. I only wish I could have delved further into Michael and Nina's relationship and personalities. What a great read for Valentine's Day or any other day for that matter.
