It was planning time for their fifteenth high school graduation and Theo and Lori Grady want Wil Clark to put bottles of Madame Rue's D.A.B. out as souvenirs. Her potion was considered magical. Wil, the head of his family's pharmaceutical company, tested the potion and agreed since it was only sugar water and vanilla flavor. When Wil finds out that Mattie (aka Tilda) Baker was planning to attend the reunion, he realized that it was time to make peace with her. On prom night fifteen years ago, Mattie was raped by a football player and Wil, Theo and Lori saved her. Wanting to recover quickly from her trauma, Mattie begged Wil to make love to her-an unfortunate occurrence since Wil was a virgin. Now a famous actress, Mattie also wants to put the past behind her.

I thought that Ms. Willows had an exciting premise, but I do not think that this book quite fulfilled the promise. Once Wil and Mattie met again at the reunion, the sparks began to explode. The sex in this book was arousing and well-written, and Wil and Mattie came together perfectly. The main characters were very sympathetic and the secondary, more unpleasant characters, were equally difficult to tolerate. I had some difficulty with the flow of the story. I began to lose some interest when Wil and Mattie began, almost immediately, to have sex. I would have expected that after fifteen years, they would need some additional time to become close again. Ms. Willows is one of my favorite authors however.
