| Every since their parents were viciously murdered by a rogue vampire, Dante Grimaldi had been taking care of his three younger brothers. There were times when Dante had to do unwanted things in order to provide siblings; but, through it all Dante managed to keep his family safe. That was until all his brothers' children were kidnapped by the very same vampire who had killed their parents so long ago. Now, all bets were off and nothing would stop Dante from destroying the evil vampire who had caused his family so much pain and heartache not once but twice.
From the first moment she met him, Isis Vasquez knew that there was something special about Dante Grimaldi. It didn't matter to Isis that she was a shapeshifter and that Dante was a vampire; however, what did cause Isis to hesitate with making her desire known to Dante was the fact she had a not-so-wonderful past with the group who had kidnapped the Grimaldi offspring. Dante's Wrath was a spectacular read and what a great edition to Eve Vaughns' Blood Brothers series. Every since I read the first book within this series I had been waiting on Dante's story and boy, let me tell you that it was worth the wait. The thrilling action was non-stop and the plot moved at a swift, exciting pace. I so hated for this book to end. As the senior of the four Grimaldi brothers he had always been the protector of the family and was willing to sacrifice his own happiness for that of his brothers. Yet, when he found his bloodmate his desirable hunger could no longer be denied; although, he tried to fight it with all his might. And, Isis was just the perfect match for Dante. She was a tough, highly independent character who wasn't afraid of nothing with the exception of Dante learning about her past. The sex between the couple was scorching hot to say the least. Dante's Wrath is definitely not for the faint of heart due to the highly erotic, wickedly naughty sexual foreplay showcased throughout the book. This is the fourth book in the Blood Brothers series and while it can be read as a stand alone, it did contain past characters and continued happenings since their introductory story. So, I personally would think that it would be a great idea and additional enjoyment to read the previous releases before tackling Dante's Wrath. Note to Readers: The sexual content contains m/f/m, f/m/f/m and light f/f interaction.
