Dare to Dance

Lainey Bancroft
Contemporary romance

Alexandra, Suzette and Riana have shared their lives since high school.. They’d even been married and then divorced at almost the same times. Their yearly get together has become a chance for two of them to dare the other to do something to get over their fears and inhibitions. This time it’s Alexandra’s turn to be dared and the duo come up with a doozy she’s not sure she can do.

Lainey Bancroft pens a great tale of three very different friends having fun and helping one another. It’s rather sweet as we read Alexandra’s view of her friends and the challenges they’ve faced over the years. Who would have thought a dare to do a dance routine at a gentlemen’s club would lead her to the man she’s fantasized about for years?

This is a well done storyline with great characters and dialogue that fits well. We even get a fun tour of the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, a place I love but haven’t been to for years. Ms. Bancroft gives us a story for an afternoon fantasy or a walk down our own memory lane!
