I enjoyed this paranormal erotic story. This is a fast-paced story that kept me hooked from start to finish. Katie was used to being free without having to answer to anyone. She finds herself alone and lost, for she doesn't even know where she was deserted. With the hunky Jeff acting as her savior and protector they can't help themselves and they will grow closer. Jeff will try to convince her to stay with him by making her see that she is still free, but will now have the protection of not only the pack, but of a life-mate too. Who wouldn't fall in love with a man that can cook, and can actually make chocolate. Their love scenes are hot and there are quite a few sexual encounters between them. This story contains very explicit love scenes and language.
