This book really runs the gamut of emotions and the stories are varied. They are only each about five to six pages so you can read the whole book in one setting. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you may even get angry. S.L. Carpenter has done a wonderful job of showing the down side to life and ensuring that readers understand that it's not all happy endings. I recommend this book simply because the stories are so interesting and the characters so unique.
