Darkson’s Forfeit is an appealing fantasy tale with good characterization and an electrifying combination of paranormal and sensual. Here is a villainess in the position of “good guy,” and a hero in the position of “villain,” proving that life does love to put a spin on circumstances, and sometimes propaganda and disinformation are in control. Nearly every reader will find this one enjoyable, and I look forward to more from this special author.
