I enjoyed watching the love grow between Angela and Kent. She is a strong and feisty woman who stands up for not only herself but also those she holds dear. Kent is a great man who finally finds someone who breaks down the barriers he has built around him. It was nice to see Kent begin to trust and rely on others. He makes a wonderful teacher and Angela blooms under his tutelage. The two make a great couple: each finding strength in the other.

You will find a nice mix of love and adventure along with the paranormal in this book. Neither the romance nor the paranormal take a back seat to the other. Intertwining these two ideas and keeping the reader entertained till the end, Sindra Van Yssel continues the great writing style that I enjoyed in her other books. With characters that are well rounded and full of depth this is a book that should be on your to be read pile.

This book was an interesting mesh of two different themes: paranormal and BDSM. I would never have thought to put them together in a single book yet that is just what this author does. Whether you enjoy paranormal, BDSM, or like me, both, you will find enough of each in this book to make it a good read for you.
