I found this story to be hilarious, shock full of sexual loving and it made me fall in love with the dragon Raython. Not only was he a dragon shifter, but he was naive and a true submissive which was the perfect foil for Dane's alpha dominant personality and Tina's adventurous spirit. I like how Raython called Tina maiden. It made you remember how years ago -- or was it centuries? -- how men treated women with respect and awe. The sex in this book between this trio was so hot and amazing that I was surprised at the stamina these characters had. But then again, the dragon used his special zen to keep this party going. Having to deal with his true feelings about Tina and Raython was an issue that Dane had to figure out on his own. And as the sheriff, having to deal with the FBI and the evil hunters, along with both Raython and Tina was a lot to handle for one guy. But Dane showed us just why he was the perfect person to be chosen as the Warrior, Raython as the Protector and Tina as the Maiden. A great book overall and with lots of laughter and excitement.
