Caleb spent years supporting and comforting Keara with their shared dreams. She cut him off after her last bad relationship and it's taken him a while to find her again. He knows what she is and is determined to keep her human side prominent. The only way he can prove to her that she's more human than demon is to seduce her and to make her love him. But she's equally determined to keep him emotionally at arms length even though she revels in his seduction.

A devious demon lord wants Keara's demon side to be dominant so he can make her his bride. He'll do anything to make that happen.

Demonic Passions by Rena Marks is a well-crafted, very enjoyable and complex story with a really neat twist that I found to be a nice touch and rather sneaky. I thought I had a knew how this would go but Rena blew that theory away from me. Rena's descriptions of the demon lord had me amused and I could easily visualize him, though at times it brought only one word to mind -- YUCK! Keara was a great character. Though she's somewhat naughty at times, she cared. Caleb was an enigmaand I loved him. This is a wonderful book with great entertainment value and definitely worth reading.
