Rich’s soon to be ex’s twisted plans had gone too far. He couldn’t figure out what she meant to accomplish by setting him up as someone else’s date for dinner, drinks, and a show, but he wasn’t letting this intriguing mystery woman out of his sight until all of his questions were answered. When his “date” didn’t shrink from his kisses he knew that he’d even go as far as seducing her to get what he wanted.

Deal of a Lifetime is a sex packed novel that has your blood pumping and heart pounding from chapter one. Ms. Huffert doesn’t spare a moment for those weak at heart and dives right into the passion and tumultuous emotions surrounding Annette and Rich. Misunderstandings and confusion abound when these two characters meet and it lasts well into the novel. Rich’s callous and borderline hateful behavior towards Annette not long after initially meeting her is understandable, but it made him a difficult character to like. Throughout the story Rich’s behavior swung from that of tender lover to that of a volatile and almost violent man which left me wondering why Annette didn’t run for the hills at the first chance. Annette’s loving and open nature make her a perfect match to Rich’s brooding anger over how he was treated by his ex and her acceptance of him is the balm that his spirit needs. Ups and downs are plentiful in this novel and the story is arousing beyond compare. Ms. Huffert has written one HOT story that you’re sure to enjoy.
