Yolanda Sfetsos crafts an excellent tale that not only builds a great romance, she also empathetically shows what the pain of post partum depression can do to a new mother. Husband Jon is a nasty man. Not only was he unsupportive of his wife, he was stepping out on her long before she attempted suicide and begged for a second chance in life as a vampire. Lana is one of those characters that readers will relate to. Hayden is not only a gorgeous man, he also shows what a real man is like in comparison to what she had. This is a great addition to this series.
