Cecilia Hastings is the most beautiful and popular young miss of the Season. She has attracted the two most sought after bachelors in the Ton. Jeremy is an Earl and Richard a Duke and the two have been best friends since Eton. They never expected to be attracted to the same woman and the rapidity and depth of their love for Cecilia has stunned them. Cecilia does not want to be the cause of the end of their friendship and has an idea that just might work for all of them.

Despite its improbability, I really enjoyed this story. Cecilia is a step above the usual Regency heroine. She is all that they aspire to, but has a mind of her own and is determined to find the man who will love her for who she is and not for her face and/or fortune. The conflict between the two best friends is very realistic but the resolution is really far out of the realm of probability. Both men have rather important titles and both men need an heir. This can only lead to problems later on, but for now the love story between the three aristocrats is a wonderful read that I recommend.
