| Gloria is finally looking forward to celebrating Christmas this year. At least until something from her past comes back to threaten not only her Christmas but her future. Gloria is very concerned for the safety of the people she's come to care for in this little town and tempted to leave to protect them. However, Jake and Jason are equally determined to protect Gloria. Not to mention they have some very important plans for her this holiday that they aren't willing to postpone. Now if they can all just stay safe maybe they can find the best gift yet this Christmas.
This was a really enjoyable book. I loved the characters and their quirks. The strong hero, or in this case heroes, protecting their woman is one of my favorite story lines and adding a setting during Christmas is just the cherry on top for me. It also of course had hot scenes between the Gloria and her men that you can't help but enjoy. I also really appreciate an author who can weave humor into her stories. Ms. Thomas does that really well. I know a few of the situations between the main characters would have me laughing if I were in their shoes.
