Jasmine Cole and her beautiful daughter Kleo appear at his door one night. They are on the run from Jasmine’s abusive ex. Gage takes them in and finds himself and Jasmine the targets of that ex who is determined to teach them a lesson. Jasmine is trying to learn to trust men again when Kleo is kidnapped and everything goes down hill. Gage will move heaven and Earth to save the little girl he has grown quickly to care for, but what will it take for him to face the demons of his past?

Gage and Jasmine find their feelings for each other growing stronger each day, but they are so haunted by their pasts, will they be able to get through all their pain and find true love at last or will their demons destroy them both?

This was a well written touching story. I loved the way Ms. Chailyn brings the reader into the story and makes them feel Gage and Jasmines inner struggle as well as their struggle to over come so many obstacles in the hopes of finding true love. This is a great story with hot sex and lots of action.
