He can't help but answer the call and finds Casey at the hands of his enemy. When he finds her he knows his time is limited and he must find a way to destroy the vampire. He feels a strong pull toward Casey and knows to get them out alive he must play a dangerous game. This book is a great read with plenty of action and suspense to keep the reader more than interested up to the very end. Dirk is the dark and sexy slayer whose strong personality will make you melt. Casey is over her head, but deals well with her situation. The focus is on the evil vampire Connor whose nasty nature will have you cheering for the good guys. The sex in intense and totally hot, you won't be disappointed. The third book in a series I highly recommend that you pick up this excellent read.
