The FBI comes up with the plan of a municipal softball league to improve the public's opinion of the public agencies, especially during a time when the city of Baltimore seems to be plagued with crimes. This means the Special Agents Zane Garret and Ty Grady have even less time to explore their ever changing feelings for each other. When the latest crime spree leaves Zane temporarily blind it's up to Ty to see them through this time of chaos and uncertainty, but will Ty be able to hold it together long enough to find out who's setting the bombs or will everything go up in smoke including their ever increasing feelings for each other?

I have long been a fan of this writing duo and with this book they cement their place at the top of my list of favorites. This the fourth book in a series that just leaves you begging for more. I have been in love with Ty and Zane since the first book, but this one pretty much guarantees I will keep me coming back for more of them. The plot is filled with action, suspense, drama, and plenty of romance. One of my favorite thing about this series is that even though Ty and Zane are a male same sex couple, they still engage in a lot of romantic activities without seeming less manly, one of my favorite scenes is where Ty slow dances with Zane as a mean to offer comfort and a distraction while he is temporarily blind (heavy sigh). I also cannot get enough of the sexy erotic activities the men engage in. While I was slightly disappointed in the ending, it was an incredible way to keep me hooked. This is one of those series where you will keep going back and re-reading it from the first one, because you miss the characters between books.
