What a wonderful, feel-good book! I absolutely loved Joshua and Dominique. I just could not wait for the two of them to get together! Dominique had a five-year-old son, Kalvin, who was the light of her life; she had been married to the worst example of a man imaginable. Joshua Divine, a 30-year-old college student with plenty of money, was looking for a job babysitting. He also had a big, unexplained aversion to her job—bartending. However, with great misgivings, Dom still hired him. After all, she really knew almost nothing about him!

There was powerful chemistry obviously noticeable from the first moment Dom opened her front door to Joshua; the position of employer/employee was too important to both of them to cross the line into something more. Besides, Joshua had Heather and Dominique did not want anything to do with a man! She had learned her lesson well.

Ms. Tonya Ramagos introduced several “sub” stories which gave clarification to the couple’s uncertainties. These circumstances did not explain away the fears, but it made it easier to accept why each acted as he/she did. Even though I was hoping that the couple would get together, I understood how each felt that the relationship might not work. With a five-year-old around, neither wanted to jeopardize his relationship with the other. I could actually feel the anguish tearing them apart! And that all happened before she had her accident!

The characters are fantastic and, with their flaws and strengths, the readers will certainly fall in love with Dominique and Joshua! The sexual scenes are spicy yet so well done that you will love every word! I read this book in one sitting; I just could not put it down. This was my first Tonya Ramagos book; it definitely won’t be my last! Congratulations, Ms. Ramagos. You have created a winner!
