Sheridan is a puzzle, very intelligent and beautiful, but she seems to have lost her confidence. The Spread Bar R Ranch will make a new woman out of her. Her confidence is not her only problem. A man she testified against has escaped from prison and sworn revenge, and he is not the only one who wishes her ill.
The author has combined a very inventive BDSM tale with romantic suspense and done it very well. The story starts off a little slow and the changing points of view can be a little confusing, but fans of this genre will love this installment of the Internet Bonds series. Sheridan is indeed the perfect submissive and Ross is a very strong yet caring Dom. His painful past makes it difficult for him to envision a life with Sheridan and his accident interrupts his plans, as does his employee the jealous Yelena. Fortunately, upon returning home, Sheridan discovers a new mistress who reconnects her with Ross. This is a fast moving story with a great deal of action and suspense and some very inventive sex scenes. It seems that Sheridan got quite an education, and found the love of her life at the same time.
