| Everyone around RJ Sommers is in love. Dumped by his boyfriend of over a year, RJ has issues with trusting someone new. Julian has wanted a chance with RJ for some time. He finds his chance while getting RJ out of a bad situation. Can RJ learn to trust Julian before it's too late? Or will he let him walk away?
The author did a good job in writing a story about a man with trust issues from not only past relationships but also family. This story was done in such a way that male or female, you could relate to these things happening to many in the real world and probably have. RJ and Julian are both great characters. Julian knows what he wants and goes after it even though he may be hurt in the end. RJ is a little more complex. In some ways he knows what he want but is too afraid of past hurts to go for it. The story starts out with a very bleak situation that could have happened to anyone. I enjoyed seeing how Julian handled the problems in his life and went with them no matter if they were good or bad. The secondary characters really helped this story along. Although this is not a sequel, you can read Charlie and Gregor's story in The Charlie Factor along with seeing more of Samson, who kept me wondering what he would do next when ever he was on the scene.
