Author Sherrill Quinn gives us another outstanding story to enjoy with Dragon Heat which, by the way, is the sequel to Dragon Fire. This story is filled with lots of sexual chemistry, excitement, and anguish at the pain these strong men feel at the loss of so many infants who die before their first birthday. Nikolai and Rainer, dragon shifters, upon meeting Dee Dee did not hesitate in showing her just how hot and kinky things can be between them. Determined to protect what had become the most important thing in their lives, Nikolai and Rainer showed the enemy in spectacular displays the way a dragon will protect its mate at any cost. For Deidre loving two men was an unusual event and was hesitant to become involved with them which was only natural. But as she spent more time with these two men, she soon realized how important and exceptional these men were. I was happy to see how she was willing to trust them and would help Nikolai and Rainer find the cure to prevent their clan from becoming extinct. Another excellent and great book to read and enjoy.
