| The Marshall family has been changed into werewolves since Druid times, and Talon Marshall is no exception. Kenna Thomas wants to leave the cave where she suffers at the hands of her master, Vandar. A person who wishes to use any talents the slaves have with physic powers. Vandar needs Kenna to be an advance scout to check out a portal. She will be his eyes and ears, and if she refuses his commands, she will suffer severely. One problem sits in her way after going through the portal and meeting Talon. There is something different about Kenna once they come in contact. Talon has a kindness that is greater than anyone she has known. But there is no way she can confide in him for fear of Vandar reading her thoughts and inflicting trouble. Can Talon convince her there is a way he can help her, or will she return through the portal leaving Talon to wonder what could have been?
Dragon Moon is an unforgettable story of heartache, love, endurance, and going the length for those you really care about. Vandar is indeed a vicious demon and one can almost feel his fangs digging into one’s skin. I could feel the agony that Kenna went through and wanted to reach out and help her. Kenna and Talon are such a super couple that really belongs together, especially after what she has been through. Rebecca York always pens stories that reach out and touch the reader and this one is no exception. With the stroke of a pen, she delivers action, adventure, romance and an uplifting read that this reader found completely compelling and fulfilling. Once I started reading, I couldn’t put it down. It was mind-blowing from beginning to ending. I cannot say enough about this excellent read.
