| Climbing up the hill was the easy part. Getting the dragon Callum Mcdrakken to help her was another story.
Callum wanted nothing to do with Allauria Grace. He didn't even want to let her enter his haven. Unable to transform into his dragon half have left Callum with many scars and a deep feeling of betrayal by Allauria. Can these two destined mates overcome adversity and a troublesome past to find happiness again? Or will Callum allow Allauria to become what they have both fought against -- a wraith? Poor Allauria, fighting for her life and her dragon mate, it's enough to send any sane person screaming at the injustice of it all. But Allauria is stronger than she thinks. Sure her life looks like the pits at present. But perseverance and prayer always boosts one's spirits. Callum frankly had a lot of issues. And although betrayal, discovery and finding what both Callum and Allauria sought through redemption, it made these characters become stronger in spirit and their love for one another even stronger.
