| Mena has been plagued by some very strange dreams of a man that wants her to go with him. She can't seem to get rid of these dreams and they are starting to freak her out. What is even stranger is when she finds out that there is more to her dreaming than she ever imagined when the man in her dreams, Keir, walks into her bookstore and tells her that she has some special powers of her own.
Keir has been draining himself to the point of almost dying to reach Mena, and his mentor has been demanding that he stop. The problem is, when he met her on the dream plane he left a door open and now his enemy knows where she is. Now he has to make sure she's o.k., even if it means meeting her in the real world. Boy, did I have a hard time finishing this book. It felt kind of choppy to me, although it had some good ideas. I just couldn't stick with it, and it took a long time to write this review because of it. Mena didn't feel like a real person to me, perhaps because the writing didn't flow very well to me. Keir didn't seem to have a lot of depth to him and I couldn't feel involved with his side of the story. Both characters didn't really connect for me; I couldn't believe that they were really in love. I thought that the author had some great ideas that somehow didn't really come alive when the story was written. It is a good story though and if you like paranormal romances, it might be one that you want to give a try.
