Judith Rochelle gives us another exciting suspense novel that's hard to put down. This whodunit will keep you guessing up to the very end. A multifaceted tale, this one has all the best things that make a mystery edge-of-the-seat great. A powerful love story between two people who never thought they could ever find someone to settle down with is only one part of it. As the search for her stalker continues Alexis finds out things about her parents and childhood she never could have guessed at.

Every character is special with a unique part in the book. I have to admit I didn't guess the right person as the culprit until Ms. Rochelle chose to let us in on it. Throughout she tantalizes us with just small glimpses into the evil lurking in the mind of the villain. Ruben Medana, caretaker for Alexis' ranch, is more family than employee with the heart of an old west cowboy. He and wife Mary are both an important part of the story. Ms. Rochelle has done another excellent job proving again she's as good as any spinning a tale and better than many.
