This is a good read. It is sweet, but with a little intrigue thrown in. Cassie fell for Nate and Nate fell for Cassie, but then her mom had an accident and Cassie pushed Nate away so she could have time to think. With his return, he finds out that Cassie is being followed and will do anything to protect her. Ms. Mitchell did a good job with the interaction between Nate and Cassie. However, I think there could have been a little more depth to Nate's relationship with his brother. She did a wonderful job of creating a unique personality for each character that meshes well with all the others without one overshadowing another.

This book caught my attention right away. Granted it slowed down a bit in the middle and went too fast in the end, but I would definitely read this again. I wish there was more of a back story to it because it would make it a little easier to understand some of the bitterness and details of certain relationships between the characters. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who loves a sweet romance with some paranormal thrown in the mix. This is not an explicit romance, but a sweet and endearing one. It makes me want to know more about the other characters and read their stories to see if they will have a happy ending or are doomed to face their life all alone.
