What I expected to feel was vulnerability from each of the characters. I was surprised that Lucian was not shown to feel hurt that his mate wants to reject him. But his need to protect her maybe overshadowing this for the moment and Tempest is not to the point where she must face what life would be without Lucian. She seems selfish in that she only sees her own situation and does not realize that the bond goes both ways. The strain of the situation an excitement as each time Tempest tries to escape is clearly felt through the words of the author. Their emotions are conveyed through very crass language that may be offensive to some. The sex is heated and frantic in this story. It feeds on the desperation and emotions of the characters. Hot and demanding their desire will be felt by the reader. The readers’ curiosity will come to life as Julian begins his search of his bloodmate. The reader knowing the situation from this story and the danger that Julian will be facing builds anticipation. Lucian has been there to help Lucian and I wonder if he will play a part in Julian’s story. The excitement has already started and I expect it to only get better. I cannot wait to read Julian’s story as he goes to seek is mate. Lucian’s Entrapment is a fascinating and creative paranormal romance that is filled with exciting action. The danger each of the men face as they try to save their mates adds to the intensity of the story. Readers that especially like vampire romances will be sure to enjoy this hot new story from Jaden Sinclair.
