Christian Blackthorne has been watching Hilary for some time now and when he sees her being attacked can't help but to step in and save the day. As he gets to know her he finds he has feelings for her he can't explain. Christian also fears how she will react when she finds out what he really is and if she can accept him the way he is. He is tired of being alone and longs for someone to share his long eternity. Is she the one?

I loved this book and read it in one setting. I just couldn't put it down because I wanted to see what happened next. Christian is the dark and seductive hero whose sensual nature will capture you at first glance. Hilary is a mild mannered doctor who is a non-believer at first. The love scenes are passionate and sure to please readers. This is the first book in a series about vampire brothers and I can't wait to see what Lynn Warren comes up with for the rest of them.
