Each encounter PI Renata Cordona has with Jacob Marshall leaves her reeling, disturbed, and so intense it’s hard to deny the connection between them. Dreams of him and the past carry painful images of betrayal and heartbreak. But can she trust him with a murderer on the loose?

It doesn’t take Jacob Marshall much to realize that Renata is his life mate the feelings he has for her are overwhelming as they are inevitable. But like Renata, trust doesn’t come easily. While he doesn’t fully trust her, he has no choice, when both their lives are in jeopardy.

Renata has much heartache in her life. It’s a driving force that led her to become a PI. But she hides behind a tough exterior. Jacob has the ability to talk to animals, in particular dogs. He’s made a career from that talent that will endear readers to him, especially dog lovers. The ever-expanding family members of the Marshall family make appearances, creating fabulous continuity that has the reader excited for the next installment. Where will Rebecca take us next I wonder?

Eternal Moon is the eighth book in Rebecca’s Moon series. Each book stands alone, but together she’s created a world that is diverse and exciting, adding new elements to each book that leave the reader intrigued and wanting more. Eternal Moon saw yet another element added to those already in place. The story never lets up its pace, filled with tension and suspense. Sexual tension is rife and when Jacob and Renata finally take the next step to deeper intimacy, it's explosive and incredibly erotic. Rebecca leads the reader through a maze of twists and turns and into an unsuspecting and dramatic climax that surprised me.

This is a first rate novel and a superb addition to a series that hasn’t grown old with repetition or lost it’s impact on the reader. I highly recommend this book, this series, to anyone who loves paranormal romantic suspense.
