| Misha and Nadia Turgenev are back in New York from
Serbia, after defeating Nadia's captor Bartok. Misha
still hates Nadia's brothers, who kept him in a zoo
cage in leopard form for two years. They had what
they thought was good reason, but he is unable to
forgive or forget and it is affecting their marriage.
Nadia's twin Ilia is in danger and in love with a
human. Some mysterious people are watching all of
them.
This is a short review, but the story is less than 30 pages long. It is long on sex scenes, which are hot and well done, and short on plot, of which there is almost none. The reader really needs to read the previous two stories to make any sense out of this one, and even then it is difficult. At the end, I didn't know why Mischa transformed, why Ilia was even in the story, or what purpose Neva had in any of it. I am really sorry, the rest of the series was pretty good and this story probably should have been tacked on to the end of the last one.
