Kari hates being overweight. When she finds an old spell book she attempts an incantation to make herself thin. It turns out that the spell summons a famine demon that feeds by driving it hands through her abdomen and draining her. Just as she thought she was going to die she is save by a handsome guardian angel.

Rahmiel has been imprisoned in an ice dimension for over a thousand years. He is set free because he has defeated the famine demon in the past. To keep Kari safe and help him be able to stay on Earth he performs an Angeli binding ritual. But there are those that don’t want Rahmiel to remain free and work to have him placed back in his icy prison. They must also find a way of stopping the demon before it kills others to gain power.

Fallen is a fascinating erotic romance with a highly creative plot involving angels and demons. Interesting and likeable characters bind together to fight an evil and save innocents. Kari and Rahmiel share a bond of love as well as physical attraction. Their story is a passionately sensual romance with many scenes meant to stimulate the senses. These scenes are creative and are found throughout the story from beginning to end.

The romance between Kari and Rahmiel is like many other new relationships. They worry and are insecure about the other’s feelings. They will make mistakes and there will be misunderstandings. Through it all they support and protect each other and demonstrate their true feelings. Readers will enjoy the emotional aspect of this story.

This is a fast paced story with a creative storyline that flows smoothly. The plot is easily recognized and truly entertaining. The action is exciting as Angeli battle with fiery swords against the razor like claws of the demon. Readers will be anxious to discover how it all is concluded in the end. For all the above reasons I recommend readers adding, Fallen to Earth by Becca Furrow to their reading list.
