Kiera has little or no interested in the day to day politics of her world preferring to leave it to her advisors. Now once again, Kiera finds herself bound by duty. Duty that she has no choice but to accept and one she has no control over or does she? While My Favorite Earthling is Book 2 from Susan’s Otherworldly Men Trilogy, it easily stands alone. As the story unfolds and the characters evolve I became immersed in their world, I was gripped by the intensity of the story from their first face to face meeting to the finale. Keira’s struggle to overcome her fears was particularly endearing and Jared, his words, his actions and commitment all aided Kiera to become the Queen her people needed. He is indeed the perfect hero. I have one word for this novel EXCEPTIONAL and because of that I rushed out and bought Book 1 - Your Planet or Mine? and Book 3 - How To Lose an Extraterrestrial in 10 days, and another copy of My Favorite Earthling to add to my personal library. I can’t wait to read them.
