I enjoy futuristic tales with very explicit love scenes. Fierce Heat fits right into my reading preferences quite nicely. The love scenes between Isic and Ferr are hot enough to melt butter, and yet the tender emotions between them are also very visible. Amaya is a strong woman who knows exactly what she wants, which is a personality trait I quite admired. The villainous Vangali is a character I loved to hate. He added just the right touch of danger and uncertainty to the storyline. That said, this book is not for those who prefer sweet romance. If you like m/m and m/m/f stories that have greatly detailed love scenes, then this is the book for you.
