| Fate Atropos Moirae (Atty) is the Fate who cuts the thread of a mortal's
life. After millenia of ending people's lives, she has become depressed
and snippy. Her married sisters decide to send her n a vacation to an
exotic vacation resort on Earth. Along with Atty, millionaire playboy
Cole is headed to the same resort. They are both planning on a week's
vacation, but for different reasons. Attracted to each other, they decide
to have a week long affair that will end with no regrets or complaints.
Can that happen?
Fighting Fate is the third story in Ms. Sinclair's Fate trilogy. It is also my personal favorite. Atty and Cole have extremely erotic and arousing (I was aroused!) sex! They are both aware that this relationship was going to definitely end and there was a bittersweet feel to their encounters. The secondary characters include Atty's sisters, their spouses and child-all of whom appeared in the other books. Ms. Sinclair had a variety of twists and turns in the plot, but I was able to easily follow them. There were no bumps in the road in this plot. Ms. Sinclair's basic premise was interesting and different. Throughout three stories, she fulfills the promise of her original premise. I loved this book and think that others will equally enjoy it.
