Special Agents Ty Grady and Zane Garrett are settled into a personal and professional relationship when they are assigned to impersonate two members of an international smuggling ring, a married gay couple, on a Christmas cruise. Portraying the wealthy couple requires a change in attitude and character for Ty and Zane. The assignment turns into a frustrating waiting game for the men and also causes them to have to reevaluate how they behave professionally and personally. When the situation starts to turn deadly with threats on Ty's life, he and Zane will have to navigate a stormy sea of secrets and lies, sometimes even their own.

I can't begin to say enough good things about this book. The plot was new and refreshing. There is plenty of suspense and drama to keep any reader interested, even if they do not like m/m fiction. This is the third book in the series and each one just keeps getting better. It can be read as a stand-alone book, but I recommend reading the previous books to get the full effect of how the characters relationship has grown and changed. These authors have built two wonderfully male characters, both of whom have grown more real and likeable with each book in the series. Ty and Zane are both all male with two very distinct personalities and yet, they have a very loving and protective relationship, I have developed the biggest crush on these two men. There are plenty of hot, erotic and sometimes touchingly romantic m/m situations, they are superbly written and in fit in great with the characters. These authors continue write well written and insightful m/m stories, which is why they are number one on my list of must read authors, alone or together. I would recommend this book and the series to anyone, who enjoys romantic suspense.
