When Anthony is in Florence he doesn’t expect to practically run into the woman he’s always loved Christine. But when he goes to her hotel room, he peeks around and finds nothing in it other than what she was wearing. He knows she’s in trouble, but will she finally let him help her?

Christine doesn’t expect to run into Anthony when she runs away, but somehow they always manage to find each other. For once, she opens up to him, but when he offers his help, will she be able to let go of her pride long enough to accept his help.

I enjoyed the way Christine refused help because she wanted to do everything for herself. It showed a strong will and that appealed to me. The only thing I wanted to know that the author didn’t indulge us with the knowledge of, was why Christine was in the predicament she was in. I think it would have helped a lot to have this information.
