For the past six years, five friends have been meeting once a year to have a sexual scavenger hunt. Dante and Nichelle write the lists, with Happy, Zeke and Lennon helping their friends-which ends in sex between Dante and Nichelle. Unknown to the other three, for the last few years, Dante and Nichelle have been having sex regularly. This year, both Dante and Nichelle have other plans in mind.

Foolish Games is a short story about friendship and sex. The main characters, Dante and Nichelle, think that they are on the same pathway. When they discover the falsehood there, they find it necessary to talk and not just have sex. The three secondary characters were a great deal of fun to read. Happy, Zeke and Lennon, friends with Dante and Nichelle since high school, decide to enjoy sex themselves as well this year. The sexual encounters were awesome! Ms. Midway has quite an erotic imagination and I would have liked to have joined her characters. Although this was a fun, quick read, I had some difficulty with the language - the characters kept changing idioms. I would enjoy reading another of Ms. Midway's books.
