Rio Laraquette was not surprised when she was called into Turner Atkins' office. Atkins had heard about a small time con artist working the Vegas strip and he decided to put an end to it. But when he saw Rio his plans changed. Rio was the image of a woman who had, as the story goes, buried a great deal of money in the hills when Nevada was a booming silver town. He convinces Rio that she could pose as the granddaughter of the late Maggie who met her death with the love of her life an Indian named Tajan. Rio agreed to the scheme and to the fact she would be getting a share of the money once it was found. Only Rio hadn't planned on the powers of two soul mates coming together in this time. Once Rio meets the Tajan family and the scene from their past overcomes her. The visions becomes so real to her she wonders if this is the answer not only to search for the treasure or but also a warning of a love that is not meant to be. Rio not only travels back in time and relives the last months of Maggie's life but she feels and loves the handsome warrior who won Maggie's heart.

The author sweeps us into Rio's world and we find ourselves wanting the two star crossed lovers to find happiness again. Suspense and mystery encompass each page and this book will surely become a favorite for all romance readers.
