| Caleb has been in existence for centuries. His job is to erase people -- not to kill, but to completely erase them from ever having existed. His newest assignment, however, seems to break every rule from the moment he hears of it.
Leandro is tired of living alone and without Caleb. But explaining to the man that they loved each other a few hundred years ago and that Caleb erased his own memories partly to gave Leandro the safety to be able to live doesn't seem to sound convincing. Caleb doesn't believe Leandro at first but the man seems to know so much about him, things he couldn't possibly know if they hadn't lived together. And there is something about the man is special. This is a quirky tale that warms the heart. Even after a total memory wipe and a few hundred years, love can still bring people together. Caleb's meticulous nature is usually his strength but in this case it is his weakness. Watching both Leandro and their friend use this to their advantage leaves an underlying mystery that Caleb must work out alone. Speaking from a Capricorn point of view, Ms Bowles' story is an amazingly accurate and fun telling of love and honour.
