Breeze Cohen wants to become the youngest store manager in the history of her retail chain. All work and no play has left her with only a career and she doesn't have time for family or friends. A relationship is out of the question. Now she must save a critical contract while shooting down the amorous advances of the sexiest man she's ever met.

After losing his parents at an early age, then surviving a near fatal accident that ends his professional athletic career, Logan Chandler believes in seizing the moment. At this moment he wants Breeze and he is determined to teach her the value of living life to the fullest.

This is a fairy tale romance that overflows with realism. It's a good read full of solid characters and engaging dialogue. I can relate to Breeze and her attempts to prove herself in a man's world. Logan is a wonderful alpha male. He is fun and appealing yet his experiences are a reminder to not take our loved ones for granted. For all the seriousness of the situation, this is a gambol through the ins and outs of the retail business world. The sparks fly between these two and yet it's balanced with an underlying tenderness that enhances the passion. I felt myself cheering them on, wishing I could have my very own successful office romance. This is the perfect lighthearted read for a lazy afternoon be it in the sun or curled up beside the fireplace.
